CHD Group –holding UNECOSOC Special Consultative Status along with National Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD), KANTAR, Edward & Cynthia Institute of Public Health is starting its subsequent batches of skill development training for youth to be trained as Home Health Aide or General Duty Assistant with secured job placements after training in all major metro cities and abroad.
Priority is given to youth who live in rural areas, are unemployed or face financial hardship and also women who wish to build skills in this sector. The training programme is crafted to support candidates willing to work in the healthcare sector and wanting to build a stable career in the sector.
Candidates are welcomed from any place in India and modest accommodation facility will be provided for out of Mangaluru candidates. Candidates in the age group of 18-42 are eligible and preferred, but select waiver in age can be considered on a case-to-case basis. The training will be of two months with theory and practical exposure and then placement support will be provided to all the candidates in multiple cities. Working lunch will be provided to the candidates during the training period. This programme is initiated to create and promote livelihood opportunities for India’s youth and get them mainstreamed into the industry. All trainings unless stated will be at Mangaluru only.
